Pest Control & Termite Control in the USA

Termite inspection and treatment, rodent exclusion, bed bug heat remediation and recurring general pest programs — for residential and commercial property owners across the United States.

Two problems, one crew

Most pest companies treat termites as a specialty department and hand the rest of the bug work to whoever is free. We built the business the other way round. Termite work is the core discipline here — the slow, structural, get-it-wrong-and-it-costs-forty-thousand-dollars kind — and the general pest side is run to the same standard of documentation and follow-up.

That matters because the two overlap constantly. A crawl space wet enough to attract subterranean termites is also the crawl space where rodents nest and where carpenter ants set up satellite colonies. Sending one technician who reads all three signals in a single visit gets you a real answer instead of three partial ones.

What we handle

General Pest Control

Recurring interior and exterior treatment for ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, silverfish and the seasonal invaders that follow weather changes.

Rodent Control

Trapping paired with physical exclusion, because removing the mice without sealing the entry points just resets the clock.

Termite Inspection

A documented structural inspection with moisture readings, probe testing and photographs — including WDI reports for real estate.

What an inspection covers →

Termite Control

Liquid soil barriers, in-ground baiting systems and localized wood treatment, matched to the species and the construction type.

Bed Bug Control

Whole-room heat remediation and targeted residual work, with the verification visits that decide whether it actually worked.

Termites are a national problem, not a regional one

The map people picture — termites as a Gulf Coast and Deep South issue — is decades out of date. Subterranean termites are established in every state except Alaska. Formosan colonies have pushed well north of their original foothold. Drywood species that once stayed near the coast now turn up inland in furniture and reclaimed lumber that travelled there.

The practical consequence is that the “we don’t get termites here” assumption is what lets an infestation run for six or seven years before anyone looks. By then the repair bill has stopped being a pest problem and started being a framing problem.

How the work actually runs

StageWhat happensWhat you get
Phone triage We ask what you are seeing, where, and for how long. Winged insects in spring point one direction; frass piles point another. A likely identification and an honest read on urgency.
On-site inspection Interior, exterior, crawl space or basement, attic where accessible. Moisture meter readings on any suspect framing. Written findings with photographs and a diagram of activity.
Proposal Method, product, coverage area, warranty terms and price, in writing, before anyone touches the building. A quote you can compare against another company line for line.
Treatment Barrier application, bait station installation, exclusion sealing or heat remediation, depending on what was found. A service record listing every product and application rate used.
Follow-up Scheduled re-inspection. Bait systems get monitored on a cycle; bed bug jobs get a verification visit. Confirmation the problem ended, not an assumption that it did.

Why property owners keep us on retainer

  • The inspection is not a sales script. Plenty of visits end with “that is old damage, nothing is active, save your money.” We would rather be the company you call in three years than the one that sold you a barrier you did not need.
  • Written product records. Every application is logged with the product name, the rate and the treated area. If you sell the property, that file is worth having.
  • Exclusion over repetition. Sealing a rodent entry point is a one-time cost. Re-baiting the same building every quarter is a subscription to the same problem.
  • One point of contact. The technician who inspected your building is the technician who treats it and the one who comes back.

Seeing swarmers indoors? Winged termites emerging inside a structure mean a mature colony is already established in or under it — that is not a wait-and-see situation. Collect a few in a sealed bag if you can, and call (434) 722-3819.
